Caran d’Ache Leman Slim Lights Fountain Pen
Caran d’Ache is a Swiss brand and from Geneva – perhaps this provenance explains this pen’s expensive and elegant appearance. Slick and slender, sparkly and luxurious, but not untasteful, this pen has a lot to like especially for a professional setting, to be worn with a suit. It gives vibes of 1950s Airline design and one could well imagine this pen in Leonardo DiCaprio shirt pocket, as the handsome pilot, in Catch me if you can.

Indeed finished in a combination of silver and chrome, for a light silver colouring, featuring a deep engraving pattern in a baguette diamond shaped guillochage, this pen does reflect the jeweller tradition of its native city. It certainly has a jewel like feeling and would make a very elegant statement in any situation.Â
